1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping tiers within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — $7.95
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days — $15.00
- Free Standard Shipping: Free on all orders over $50.00
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to United States of America. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. This Product Contains Nuts is not responsible for these charges; they are the customer's responsibility.
4. Order Tracking

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us at hello@thisproductcontainsnuts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.
