I bought, tasted, and Analyzed over 500 sauces on the market before I launched tpcn.
I found my love for cooking as a kid growing up around my dad’s diner. Watching him work the kitchen taught me that food is a special way you show love. I still cook that way today, for my family, friends, and my community. This sauce is that lesson bottled. Whole nuts, bold flavors, nothing fake, made to share.
After tasting and studying over 500 bottled sauces (watch that journey on my YouTube channel), I discovered ways the industry misses the mark and…. what is actually MISSING from most sauces on the market.
3 things stood out:
1) Most sauces rely on seed oils and thickeners that studies strongly suggest may be harmful for your health.
