What makes This Product Contains Nuts different from other sauces?
Most sauces are built on water, seed oils, and thickeners. Ours are built on nuts. We use real nuts — pistachios, walnuts, pecans, cashews — to create a naturally thick, rich base with actual flavor and nutrition behind it. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just a sauce that earns its place on your table.
What nuts do you use and why?
Each flavor is built around a specific nut chosen for how it carries that flavor profile:
Pistachio Jalapeño
— pistachios bring a creamy, slightly sweet base that lets the jalapeño heat come through clean
Walnut Birria
— walnuts have a bold, earthy depth that holds up to traditional birria spices
Pecan BBQ
— pecans are buttery and rich, which makes them a natural fit for a smoky and spicy BBQ profile
Cashew Mayo
— cashews are the creamiest nut we work with, making them the perfect base for a mayo-style sauce without dairy
Are your sauces gluten free?
Yes. All four flavors are gluten free. No wheat, no hidden grain fillers, nothing that doesn't belong.
Do you use seed oils?
No. Not one drop. No canola, no soybean, no sunflower, no vegetable oil blend. We use nuts to achieve the texture other brands get from seed oils and thickeners. If you're avoiding seed oils, you found the right sauce.
What are the ingredients — are there any fillers or thickeners?
No fillers. No thickeners. No xanthan gum. No modified starch. No mystery ingredients. We keep it short, clean, and real. Flip the bottle and read it — you'll know what everything is.
How spicy is the pistachio jalapeño?
It has heat, but it's not trying to hurt you. The jalapeño brings a bright, forward heat that builds gradually — not a wall of fire. Most people who aren't big spice eaters can handle it. Most people who love heat want more. It's in the sweet spot.
Are your sauces dairy free?
Yes. All four flavors are dairy free. The creaminess you taste comes from the nuts, not cream or butter.
Are they keto or paleo friendly?
The short answer is yes for most approaches to both. We don't use sugar-heavy ingredients, seed oils, grains, or artificial additives. That said, we always recommend checking the label against your specific dietary guidelines since everyone's approach is a little different.

3 things stood out:
1) Most sauces rely on seed oils and thickeners that studies strongly suggest may be harmful for your health.
2) Almost none of the sauces I tried added any real nutrition - just empty flavor.
